Marisa received her J.D. in 1994 (Universidad de Belgrano). As a law student she worked for the law firm of Allende & Brea. She has postgraduate studies at the Universidad de Belgrano, Universidad Catolica Argentina and Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is a registered agent with Association of Industrial Property. After having worked for varius years at the firm of Messrs. Allende & Brea, in the intellectual property area (1986-1993), aund upon her late father, Oscar Etcheverry, she and Martin founded Etcheverry & Etcheverry. Marisa brings a vast experience in matters relating to prosecution of intellectual property rights, interaction with the National Institute for Industrial Property (INPI) - Patent and Trademark Office -, and the local Copiright Office, in the protection and enforcement of clients' interest in such area of the law.
